We don't know who the hell he is, but he's the Opposition Leader in Malaysia, or some such bullshit. Malaysia's one of those places where snakes feast on small children for breakfast while natural disasters strike with alarming regularity.

After buggering his driver and using a boatload of ringgits to try and cover it up, he was convicted of being a creep. The conviction was eventually overturned, but now an aide has come forward and accused Anwar of fucking him in his ass. Anwar is now hiding in the Turkish Embassy, where he can have all the anal sex he want without anyone complaining about it..
